Environmental DD term is changing and broadened into Sustainability due diligence. On 23 February 2022, the European Commission adopted a proposal for a Directive on corporate sustainability due diligence, incorporating e.g. Human rights in supply chains. What are the other aspects of the Sustainability DD known to you? What directives play a role in your region?
