    Considering the high probability of failure in Porters Analysis of success (1987) should buyers be required to involve specialist companies to assess the socio cultural effect rather that give the majority of importance to the financial forecasts?

    Specialists or otherwise, analyzing the cultural fit and importance of engaging and empowering human capital remain a key success factor in achieving financial forecasts and the success of the transaction. As you suggest, an often overlooked component by the financially focused deal team.
