Interested to understand how Covid has impacted approaches to forward looking assessments, especially during Commercial DD activities. How is the potential for future pandemics (or similar events) weighted into any projections made during this process? Interested to hear how anyone has navigated this.

Customer analysis is more important now then ever before. Evaluating customer portfolio, looking at customer concentration and dependencies will help out in modelling customer churn leading to a more accurate valuation of forward looking information.
