Which part of DD should be prioritised to be in scope of the timelines for M&A ?

Commercial DD is for my the most crucial one, because it is the only one that predicts the future and needs to be well prepared. Agree?

I agree. However, a compelling argument can be made for legal due diligence as it is the basis for which the acquisition can take place.
