Culture could be the most important factor in a deal

    Culture influences how people behave and how people understand their own actions. One thing that people don’t often think about is the fact that participants in M&A are human and driven both by their shared culture and individual personalities. This means that Cultural influences have the potential to make or break a deal, specifically at the integration level.

    @Camille,Louhichi, I completely agree. It is important to understand culture and learn the best way to navigate the environment. Not having this understanding could significantly impact the ability to successfully integrate the organizations and maintain business as usual.
