We do have clean teams when it is warranted during a diligence. For the most part it is when a company might be a public company or there may be a “super secret” aspect to their company. Clean teams are monitored very closely, and often have to sign additional NDA’s to access. I believe that our Clean Team accesses the information via a 3rd party system, and it is monitored as to what each person has looked at, and it cannot be printed.
