The M&A activity was slowed down during the first months of the epidemic and in many cases valuations also dropped by c.20% as a result of this uncertainty and not clear visibility of the near future. However during the last 2 months there seems to be a come back to more normal standards as the industry has now incorporated the Covid effect in their Business Plans, are more experienced in evaluating the risk and we get closer to a vaccination.
