Apart from how to setting up and managing a Due Diligence, the course covers in depth the areas of: Financial Due Diligence, Tax Due Diligence, Legal Due Diligence, Human Resources Due Diligence (HR Due Diligence), Commercial Due Diligence, as well as other areas.

The course on Post Merger Integration covers aspects of M&A Strategy and Integration Approaches, the Organization and Governance of PMI, as well as the different phases from Phase 1 (PMI Planning), Phase 2 (Pre-closing Tasks), Phase 3 (Day 0) and Phase 4 ( Day 1 and beyond).
