What is the best way to build awareness and navigate through change management during an integration in which an organization is already experiencing low employee engagement and high employee turnover?
WE have used town halls and company wide events to drive enthusiasm among employees, the CEO and leadership team is critical in supporting and driving these events and communications. Using smaller break out sessions and “ask me anything” sessions with the executive teams also helps in showing the commitment to the change. Finally delving into the reason for the low employee through surveys can help structure your communication plan and change management throughout the integration.
