It is very important to create a list of perceived synergy before starting due diligence. But this is often done during the valuation phase, which may come after Due diligence. We should have a list of synergies that we expect to achieve and test during DD whether those can be achieved or not. Do you have a successful example of doing this and how did the acquisition perform afterward?
