What mental health support initiatives have you introduced post-pandemic?

Some actions taken in my company to cultivate inclusive workplaces supportive of mental health and well-being now and post-pandemic include:
    Listening and being flexible
    Addressing mental health stigma
    Offering and promoting helpful resources
Training leaders to recognize addiction and equip employees with the right tools

My company makes use of a hybrid (50/50%) remote work schedule (flexible time in and out of the office). This seems to be working well. Microsoft Teams is used across the company and has also served us well. There has been a large emphasis led by HR on cultural diversity that started before the pandemic. It has included company-wide sessions on diverse cultural journeys along with cultural celebrations and initiatives. They have been informative and well-received. Lastly, there are many offerings of mental health and support services offered by the company (e.g., EAP program, lunch and learn sessions, etc.).
