Michael Klawon is a Founder, Entrepreneur, and Project Manager with extensive experience in M&A consulting and complex company transactions. As the Founder and Entrepreneur of smartmerger.com, he has developed a unique web-based online tool-suite for mergers & acquisitions and outsourcing projects. With a background in General Management and Senior Executive functions, Michael brings expertise in Entrepreneurship, New Ventures, Start-Up Management, and PMO and DD for M&A. He has a strong professional foundation with 8 years at Siemens, where he held various roles including Product Manager for IT services, Operations Manager for the Asia and South America regions, CIO of Siemens Business Services, and Global Portfolio Manager. Michael holds a LL.M Master of M&A from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a MBL Master of International Business Law from the University of St. Gallen – HSG.
