Gregg Clark is an author, advisor, executive coach, consultant, public speaker, and the Founder and CEO of Serenity Strategy, a zero-infrastructure digital and M&A advisory firm. He started his professional career as a management consultant and then as the member of a turn-around team of a Wasserstein-Perella / Blackstone LBO. He returned to consulting in 1993 and went on to build and run consulting practices, two in excess of 1,000 people, and serve clients on a wide array of topics in a variety industries. Gregg’s specialties became strategy (specifically, digital strategy) and Mergers & Acquisition. His main industry specialties are CPG, Retail, Technology and Manufacturing. He spent about 20 years of his career with both EY and Accenture.
