Alexis Gilman

Alexis J. Gilman is a partner in Crowell & Moring’s Antitrust & Competition Group in Washington, DC. Alexis advises and represents clients on a broad range of civil antitrust matters, including merger reviews and clearances, government investigations, premerger Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) notifications, and antitrust litigation, with a particular focus on representing merging parties and third parties in merger investigations by the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice, and state attorneys general. Prior to Crowell, Alexis served at the Federal Trade Commission for seven years, including three years as head of the Mergers IV Division, and he also worked as an Associate in the antitrust group at another international law firm.
