Mergers & Acquisitions Roundtable in Austria Launched

The Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances launched the first M&A Roundtable in Austria for participants from corporate strategy, M&A departments and other functions. This event had been supported and co-hosted by Oaklins Austria and PLATTE disputes.solutions. Mag. Thomas Jungreithmeir. Managing Partner at Oaklins Austria, and Mag. Martin Platte, LL.M., lawyer at Platte disputes.solutions, demonstrated how Sale & Purchasing Agreements (SPAs) can be improved using arbitration clauses. Dr. Thomas Regitschnig and Mag. Christian Hurek, both Managing Partners at Oaklins Austria, discussed valuation issues in transactions with regards to working capital versus net debt.
