Do your organizations place more value on M&A knowledge or M&A experience?
Coming from consulting and now working in a large organization, I see more value placed in people who have been in the company longer, as opposed to people coming in with much more experience. What does your company value more?

I have always wondered whether M&A experience matters more than formal education. Honestly, both shape your confidence and practical understanding in different ways. Sometimes, I feel like real-world exposure teaches faster, just like how a nursing assignment helper UK supports you beyond textbooks. Finding the right balance truly makes learning meaningful.

I agree. I think both have a lot of value. If an organization is being led by someone with only OJT, they may be missing out on some very valuable information. The same goes with someone who only has education on it and no experience, they won’t have the lessons learned.
The more education coupled with more experience, a practitioner will become more valuable or organizations.
