    Whilst doing a HR DD with the target company, how to you evaluate the capability and potential of the leadership team and also of the critical talents in confidence. Also how to you ensure that your existing critical talent do not get insecure due to the M&A and start looking out. I am looking at some qualitative response (not the general retention schemes etc).
