How can companies reatin key talent during PMI?

    One of the biggest risks during a PMI process is the loss of key talent, especially middle managers and technical leaders. What strategies have you used—or seen work effectively—to identify, engage, and retain critical employees during integration?

In order to become a charterholder you need to complete one of the IMAA programs
