I admit, the first 2 sections were intense for me on the Financials of a DD. My ‘specialty’ is HR.
Do you have any quick references, or overview materials that you use or you can recommend for Non-Finance people involved in M&A conversations during the Financial DD? Some quick to access terminology sheets, or books that you found helpful?
