We’ve heard and learned alot about DD within this Module, do you believe DD requires prior experience in which type of companies? (within the kingdom)

Banks for example? investment banks? corporate? or Big Four?

I believe that all roles you mentioned will provide ample coverage / experience – banks for instance usually works with the Big Four to conduct financial / commercial / tax DD, and even at a Corporate you will be on the other “side” providing information as while

I do not believe there is a one size fits all. I worked in both banking and for one of the big four. I learned different things at each place. I believe the experience is what you make of it and take from it, not where it comes from.
