    Hi everyone,

    I was curious if you had any interesting ideas as to how to protect a company when approached by a direct competitor? Say, the M&A process progresses to a Due Diligence stage – how would you protect the business if you have to reveal quite a lot of detailed information which may damage the business long term if the deal doesn’t happen? If the businesses are very similar in nature, the NDAs can potentially only go so far…
