Adapting to different types of integration

    Hi All,

    In your experience, do your companies have developed an integration book and set up a team that are able to truly adapt the integration strrtegy to the type of deal or do you feel you are following a standard approach?

    For example, for a deal classified as consolidation vs a deal that focused on acquiring new capabilities, do you prepare the integration (speed and degree of integration) according to the specific dela objectives?

    We have built and use an M&A playbook – and one of the main decision-tree is the integration strategy based on different criteria like size, proximity with our business, profitability…
