Hi everyone,
the question I have concerns project managing PMI. In your experience, did you look for this skill internally or externally (e.g. consultants)? This is a very particular skill, which may not be readily available at the company. Or did the decision depend on the size and complexity of an M&A?I think you want any person about for project Managing a PMI.so you dont wore about that i am always with you and i will guide to you with the help of ideas .
