How would you describe the best practices to ensure full cross-functional collaboration in DD process and avoid silos?
I think one of the most crucial factors is having the mandate and buy-in from senior leadership to emphasize the importance of cross-functional collaboration. When leadership sets the tone for collaboration, it becomes a cultural norm within the organization.
If the management itself promote work in silos and prioritized one function over others, no action will help changing that.
