What are some effective strategies for managing cultural differences and promoting cultural integration during the post-merger integration process? Especially if they are in different geographies.
Before devising strategies, wouldn’t it make more sense to determine why you would want to culturally integrate operations if they are in different geographies. Shouldn’t you just concentrate on working on ways of working in case these geographies are required to work together on specific projects or custemers?
