As stated in a previous thread, I conduct north of 20+ diligence efforts per year and usually 3-6 Day 1 support / integration planning efforts each year. In most cases the diligence efforts appear to be sunk costs for the PE / Corp entity looking to acquire. What have you observed with clients who go from diligence to acquisition to day 1 support / integration planning. For us at our firm somewhere between 20-30 percent of diligence efforts turn into an acquisition and ultimately day 1 support at the very lease. What has your experience been?

    Hi Kevin:

I would love to connect with you as I personally have no experience with conducting DD or M&As. I work for a MNE that is always on the lookout for an opportunity for growth and expansion in foreign markets. Hence the reason why I decided to take on this program. Any recommendations for a novice like myself?

    Thank you,

    ~Pamala
