As a company’s CIO, what should he/she do after the company decides to grow via M&A?

1. Evaluate the company’s IT infrastructure and communicate with other executives if the company has a scalable IT landscape to grow.
2. Evaluate how much synergies can be achieved by IT integration.
3. Assess what can be the potential IT integration challenges? Communicate integration approach and timeline as well as its impact on deal value
