Abderrahman Benouhoud

Saudi Arabia

Abderrahman Benouhoud is a senior finance executive with more than 20 years of international experience.

Throughout his career, Abderrahman has held senior finance leadership positions with multinational listed organizations including Global Blue (Shift 4 – NYSE:FOUR), Virbac (Euronext : VIRP) and Accor (Euronext: AC), covering corporate finance, M&A, investor relations, FP&A, treasury, governance and business transformation.

He has collaborated on execution of several M&A transactions across Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa, spanning the full transaction lifecycle from target screening and valuation to due diligence, negotiation and post-merger integration.

Abderrahman brings a practitioner’s perspective to M&A, with a particular focus on due diligence, valuation, value creation and integration planning. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Finance at EDHEC Business School, where he teaches Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions.
