Good Day IMMA,
Are antitrust authorities overreaching and stifling legitimate scale-driven value creation, or are they correctly adapting to prevent long-term harm to consumers and innovation?
Given what took place between Netflix, Paramount and Time Warner, I think we should be looking at what are the guidelines for anti -trust activity and how it should be considered and reviewed by our regulators.
