Cultural mismatch is often sighted as THE main reason for M&A failure, and yet, there is neither a common definition of corporate culture nor a market-standard approach to assessing cultural fit. It’s a topic I’m genuinely fascinated by, and after watching the video from section 4, ordered Edgard Schein’s Organizational Culture and Leadership book.
