    Midaxo and DealRoom are the two that I’ve always seen discussed. More recently I’ve seen some custom built solutions in Smartsheet as well.

    We use M&A Hub. It is a home grown service the enables CDI and Business Dev teams to work efficiently on deals by centralizing information from Salesforce, and mongo DB.

    Midaxo – Best for: End-to-end M&A lifecycle management, including post-merger integration.

    Smartsheet – Best for: Integration project management when you need a flexible, customizable tool.

    This is a great question I have always wondered myself as we currently don’t have one ! We used data room and ideals for housing data during due diligence. I personally liked data room better.
