What is your experience with PMI debrief (lessons learned) sessions? I often see in my organization that M&A team is long gone, and PMI team has long been working on the extensive PMI tasks that would ultimately become operational works, and these leads to difficulty in setting the opportune timing for the PMI debrief sessions (and as such we have not done that well). Appreciate to know your experiences and suggestions.
