What are the best support tools/structures for PMI? Preference to open source/free resources that are trusted and useful in ensuring a successful PMI.

Honestly? It might seem a bit outdated, but I’m still a big fan of Excel. It allows all team members to collaborate on a document without needing in-depth project knowledge. Simple, but effective.
