I’m in the process of establishing a Program Management Office focused on post-merger integrations. To start I’d like to create templates for various purposes, including:
-Board Presentation Materials for Funding/Approval (Slides)
-Strategy Overview Slides
-Synergy Overview Slides
-Synergy Tracking Template
-Project Plan Template with Workstreams
-Weekly ELT Update Slide TemplatesDo you have any recommendations for pre-existing templates that I can use as a starting point? I’d prefer not to build these from scratch.
As a side note, these are the templates I have now (through Smartsheet) and will build upon, but wanted to see what others are using too 🙂
Hi Dana,
Would like to partner with you on development of this material. I have baseline materials which I use and will have the need to contract out pmi work in the future.
