Good evening all. On average what is your opinion on how long TSAs should last? . We try to not go beyond 18 months. I know it depends.. but in general?

Great question! For a Transitional Services Agreement (TSA), its length definitely depends on a few factors:
    1. The industry
    2. Whether or not the company has experienced a merger before
    3. The size of the company

Standards TSAs usually last 6 months. But if you want to be ‘on the safe side’, you could aim for 12 months (with the option to extend as needed).
