In this previously unreleased interview, Prof. Hofstede shares insights and lessons learned on his research and in life.

We are extremely saddened about one of our faculty member Professor Geerts Hofstede’s passing earlier this year. In remembrance of one of the most revered figures is culture research, we would like to share a previously unreleased conversation we had him in which he shared valuable life lessons.

In Spring 2019, we had the opportunity to have a conversation with Prof. Geert Hofstede who joined our Mergers & Acquisitions and Post Merger Integration online courses as distinguished faculty. In our conversation with Prof. Hofstede, he reflected on personal journey and his pioneering work in the field of culture, his most resonant lessons learned his view on development of cultural studies. We are flattered and honored to have a faculty member of Prof Hofstede’s repute as part of the Institute and extremely saddened by his demise. We hope that these words will provide you with practical insights from one of the most revered organization culture experts.
