The Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (M&AP) Certificate Program offers an HR M&A certification and is divided into four modules: Running a Successful M&A Practice, Due Diligence, Process and Finance & Valuation, and also offers supplementary electives, such as Mergers and Acquisitions Certificate programs, to further enhance the candidate’s expertise in specific areas. After the successful completion, the candidate receives the official M&AP Designation. Each course is designed with various lectures, real-life business cases from our partner organizations and concept checkers. Our faculty has extensive experience in practical M&A and understands when you need to have a break during delivering projects or the busy season.
