									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Private equity firms will not considered any transaction that offers less that a 25% IRR and they reviewed many delas to be able to close one nad i will say that probablt 2 deals out of 10 will get an IRR&gt; 30%.  SO I think it is not an easy task.</p>
