I think the bigger question is why are you asking this question, what situation are you facing that you need a solution that involves separating religion and culture. I live in Malaysia, a very diverse country culture and religion wise, with 3 different major religions coexisting and many more smaller ones. It is a very complex society to say the least and this is visible in the workplace but separating might not always be the solution or the answer. What I’ve observed to what work the best is respecting everyone’s religion and beliefs and as much as possible building the work environment and company culture on top of it or around it rather than separating or removing it from sight.
