Oddly one the most active markets for M&A has been golfing. As an example, Top Golf recently merged with Callaway golf. Top Golf is more of an entertainment company that uses golf for “amateurs” central to its business model. COVID effectively shut down TOP Golf for 15 months and it would have been vulnerable as a result. Included a link below.
