Well, I agree with you. During tough times, the recent pandemic is a good example, companies merge to survive while others took the opportunity of the low valuation during the pandemic and merge with companies with a bright future ahead post the pandemic. Another good example apart from the technology and digitization, is medical supplies and virtual learning.
