For successful integration, corporate culture and employee engagement are equally important as analysis of financial, legal and technological synergies. It is important to measure employee dissatisfaction and stress of employees after the acquisition. Attrition rate and employee feedback are good sources to measure the level of employee satisfaction post merger or acquisition. Clarity in organizational structure, career paths, benefits etc should be sorted and communicated during the transition phase.
