I was wondering at what stage does the M&A team start generating PMI initiatives and when does tracking start… I believe such system/tracking tool should start logging initiatives and potential synergies from the start of the strategic analysis of the potential M&A by the acquirer. It should also capture risks or so called “anti-synergies” to mitigate or possibly eliminate.
