Personally I think cultural due diligence can be challenging and making sure you are obtaining the correct information from the sellers and performing employee interviews to determine if the acquisition will be a fit culturally and no other obstacles to come post-acquisition. There’s not a true “rule book” on how to perform cultural due diligence, so I find this the most challenging.
