That is a tough one to answer. I think some aspects should be outsourced, but I definitely don’t think you should outsource everything. I think outsourcing 100% due diligence is like asking someone to monitor your checking account for you. If the money goes missing, it is not Necessarily their fault, at the end of the day, it is your responsibility. Same goes for due diligence. You want to make sure everything is good to go with a transaction, cause in the end. It is your responsibility.
