I agree with Gina’s point of view, in analysing the situation: every deal is different, and the time frame can be stretch based on different factors. I still believe, however, that with a good planning and with a structured communication in place, the acquiring business can reach the set target every time, if proper due diligence has been conducted and the people team (with all other integration managers) are ready and prepared, and have a good time to dedicate to the integration process.
