I’m not sure if an ideal time frame can be set, as each M&A deal is different and poses its own set of challenges and opportunities. I believe the most important part of the process is to have clear communication to all employees involved. The time frame can stretch out to fit the business needs as long as the employees are provided with structured communication surrounding company goals and integration plans, which will allow them to properly set expectations and create understanding of the process. The understanding will ease tensions and uncertainties.
