This is an interesting question. I think that just as we are seeing ‘new norms’ that companies are developing for their own workforce (ex. changing roles to permanent home based roles and evaluation, investment in new technologies to facilitate virtual work, productivity tracking and engagement and leader training for leading remote colleagues), I believe we will see these same ‘new norms’ develop in how companies go about conducting meetings.
