Dr. Christopher Young is Assistant Professor at Rutgers Business School, Rutgers University and Founding Partner of Red Maple Economics, a strategic and economic consulting firm that provides services for business owners and executives, attorneys, accountants, investors, investment bankers, and government organizations. Dr. Young has more than twenty-five years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, business ethics and economic analysis. Prior to starting Red Maple Economics, was partner-in-charge of valuation, strategy and litigation support at Sobel & Co., where his team won awards as one of the best valuation firms in litigation. He has been invited to speak at many government and industry trade organizations, including but not limited to the American Society of Appraisers, National Association of Forensic Economics, SIFMA Private Client Conference, and the Financial Trading Architecture Summit. He holds a Ph.D. in Global Political Economy and International Finance and an M.B.A. in Professional Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University.
