Christopher Harrison is Chief Investment Officer of The Falconwood Corporation, a financial management firm and research laboratory that has incubated and operated numerous highly successful financial and technological ventures. He is also the founder of Sterlington Legal Solutions, a legal service business based in New York City that uses technology, automation, and work flow management to process, negotiate, track and provide analytics on the flow of confidentiality agreements. For nine years, Mr. Harrison has served as adjunct professor at NYU School of Law where he teaches courses on negotiating M&A. In 2016, Chris published his book “Make the Deal: Negotiating Mergers & Acquisitions”, which was published by Bloomberg and ranked as the #1 New Release in Corporate Finance and M&A on Amazon. He holds a J.D., cum laude, from the NYU School of Law.
